Carpet has a few Bleach Discolorations but is in good shape.
Has been smoked in but we have steam cleaned entire unit.
This unit is in pretty good shape for being 10 years old. There are a few scratches and nail holes but you really have to be looking for them. Over all it is an attractive 5th wheel that is clean and ready to go camping. We inherited this camper and have never taken it out, but everything seems to work. I have seen it set up and the A/C's were very cold and Refridgerator worked great. The switch for the Super Slide doesn't work but the motor is good (had it checked). We don't have a way to plug it in at our house but have an RV Park 2 miles away where you are more than welcome to pull it up there and check everything out. This is a whole lot of camper for the money. NADA Book price is $15,550 for Fair to $19,250 for Excellent so we are sacrificing it at $9500.00 because we are in need of cash.
